A : While the leather is breathable and handles humidity and liquids very well, it is advisable to keep the product away from humidity and extreme heat.

Q : What if the vegan leather tears up?

A : Keep your bag away from sharp objects and excessive weight. This will avoid tears in the leather.

Q : Do all products qualify for guarantee?

A : Yes! All products come with a guarantee and can be sent back to us for repairs for upto 1 year. In case there is irretrievable damage to your product caused by natural wear and tear, we shall replace your product free of cost.
