Returns

- You may initiate an exchange within 1 day from the date of delivery.

- Kitsters covers return shipping costs unless the product was not received during delivery and is returned (RTO).
- In such cases, the customer must pay for re-shipping.

- If a product goes out of stock after ordering, a refund will be issued within 7 working days.
